Kuvox

I built this for my own PT routine — 15 stretches a day for a disc injury. The stretches weren't hard; keeping track of everything was. Was that rep 8 or 9? Did I hold for 30 seconds? Did I do both sides?

So I made an app that counts for me. Out loud.

Now I put in headphones, hit start, and zone out. It announces each stretch, counts through reps and holds, tells me when to switch sides. I don't touch my phone again until it's done.
